Please Note: That we only accept payments using the OZOW payment portal that accepts EFT from all the major banking institutions in South Africa.

VAT is included in all our prices at 15%

Please note that your order history will be captured under your account.  Please check My Account – Orders / History for this.

Should any orders be incorrect or any disputes arise – Please contact us urgently on info@medsup.co.uk

Please note that we make use of various courier services that collect from our warehouse.

All our parcels are packaged to ensure no damage takes place to any of our products. Should this happen. Please return the package with the courier service after the following has been completed:
– Photos Taken of the box to be emailed to info@medsup.co.uk
– Information / Order Number
– Reason for damage ie Broken box etc

Please note that we do not offer Gift Cards for our products and website.
